Each HOA or community operates within its own dedicated Nestora environment. Community data is maintained for the applicable customer and logically separated from data belonging to other customers.

Access Controls

Nestora uses role-based access controls so residents, guards, administrators, and property managers access only the features and information appropriate for their role and community.

Encryption

Nestora uses encrypted communications where appropriate to protect information transmitted between users, applications, and platform services.

Authentication

User access is protected through authentication controls. Customers are responsible for assigning authorized users and removing access when users no longer require it.

Backups and Recovery

Ingress Technology maintains backup and recovery procedures designed to support service continuity and data recovery.

Operational Security

Ingress Technology uses commercially reasonable monitoring, updates, and administrative safeguards to maintain the security and reliability of the Services.

No Absolute Guarantee

No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Ingress Technology continuously works to improve security and respond to risks affecting the Services.
