Nestora Privacy Policy
Effective Date: June 2026
Introduction
Nestora is a community management platform operated by Ingress Technology LLC ("Ingress Technology," "we," "our," or "us"). Nestora helps homeowners associations, condominium associations, residential communities, and property management companies manage residents, guests, vehicles, amenities, events, communications, and community operations.
This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, disclosed, and protected when users access Nestora websites, portals, and mobile applications.
Dedicated HOA Environments
Each HOA, community, or customer operates within its own dedicated Nestora environment. Community information is maintained for that specific community and is logically separated from information belonging to other communities.
Ingress Technology does not use one community's resident, guest, vehicle, event, or administrative data to provide services to another community.
Information We Collect
Account Information
We may collect account information such as name, email address, phone number, residence address, unit information, account role, login information, and authentication-related records.
Community Information
Depending on the features enabled by the applicable HOA or property management company, Nestora may process information related to resident registrations, vehicle registrations, guest registrations, visitor access, event registrations, amenity reservations, community approvals, administrative notes, and community communications.
Vehicle, Guest, and Access Information
Nestora may process vehicle details, license plate information, guest names, visitor instructions, event information, and access-related records submitted by residents, guards, administrators, or authorized community personnel.
Device and Usage Information
We may automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, application version, log data, and general usage information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services.
Camera Access
The Nestora mobile application may request camera access to scan driver's licenses, scan QR codes, or upload images and documents. Camera access is used only with user permission and for application functionality enabled by the applicable community.
How We Use Information
Information is used to provide and support the Nestora Services, authenticate users, manage community operations, process registrations and approvals, support visitor and vehicle workflows, provide customer support, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, improve platform performance, and comply with legal obligations.
Community Data Administration
Nestora is a software platform operated by Ingress Technology LLC. The applicable HOA, community association, condominium association, property owner, or authorized property management company determines what information is collected, retained, modified, approved, or deleted within its Nestora environment.
Ingress Technology processes such information solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, securing, and supporting the Services.
Information Sharing
Ingress Technology does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with authorized HOA administrators, authorized property managers, guards or access personnel, service providers that support platform operations, and government or legal authorities when required by law.
Information may also be visible to users within the applicable community based on permissions, roles, and features configured by that community.
Service Providers
We may use third-party service providers to host, secure, operate, analyze, or support the Services. These providers are permitted to process information only as needed to provide services to Ingress Technology and the applicable customer.
Data Security
Ingress Technology maintains commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted communications, authentication controls, role-based access controls, security monitoring, and backup and recovery procedures.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
Information is generally retained during the applicable HOA's active subscription, as directed by the applicable HOA or property management company, as needed to provide the Services, or as required by law. Upon termination of a customer relationship, data may be exported, deleted, or retained according to the applicable agreement and legal requirements.
California Privacy Rights
California residents may have rights under applicable privacy laws, including the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information.
Because Nestora is provided to homeowners associations, condominium associations, and property management organizations that control and administer their community data, privacy requests should generally be directed to the applicable HOA, community association, or property management company that maintains the resident relationship.
Ingress Technology may assist the HOA or property management company in responding to such requests where required by law or contract.

If you are a resident, homeowner, tenant, guest, or visitor and wish to access your personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion of information, or ask how your information is being used, please contact your HOA, community association, or property management company directly.
